svnaadminHistoric Sierra Vista Neighborhood Association finally was able to erect a neighborhood identity sign and now the city wants it taken down because “any type of sign not expressly permitted in this title is prohibited”, a blanket statement without any rationale.
Our appeal to this decision will be heard WAS DENIED by the Design Committee on August 18,
